  • Sharing CV with Employers: Our lawful basis is Consent. We share your CV only when you apply directly to a specific job or if you opt-in to make your profile searchable by verified employers.

  • Platform Improvement & Analytics: Our lawful basis is Legitimate Interests, allowing us to study how customers use our services, to develop them, and to grow our business.

  • Legal Compliance: Our lawful basis is Legal Obligation, as we may need to process data to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement (e.g., fraud prevention).

  • Employers/Recruiters: We share your Identity, Contact, and Professional Data only when you explicitly apply for a job on our platform or if you have set your profile to “Searchable” and the employer has agreed to our terms.
