We own or manage more than 245,000 properties, providing homes for around 500,000 customers across the UK. Our group brings together over 20 specialist companies, working in housing, regeneration, development, investment management, property management and leisure.
We also run 100 leisure facilities, supporting the health and wellbeing of our customers, with around 1.9 million visits each month.
Nearly 11,600 colleagues work together to create and support thriving communities. We do more than provide housing or leisure services. We are committed to improving people’s lives and strengthening neighbourhoods.
Through our social impact programmes, we offer support with employment, health and wellbeing, money management and homelessness prevention. In 2022, our social impact work delivered £272 million in wellbeing value to communities, rising to £300 million in 2023.
