Ballymore: An independently minded property developer
Overview
Ballymore is an independent, family owned property developer. The business was founded by Sean Mulryan in Dublin in 1982. Today, we create large urban neighbourhoods across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
Our focus is simple: good design, strong build quality and long-term care for each place. Our projects have won more than 40 major industry awards in the last three years. We stay involved from the first idea through to construction and estate management. In many developments, our own on-site teams look after the buildings, public spaces and services.
Because we are privately owned, we can move quickly, back new ideas and take on complex sites. This has led to landmark projects such as the world’s first Sky Pool at Embassy Gardens and English National Ballet’s purpose-built new home at London City Island. We also put culture and the arts at the centre of many schemes, so people can live, work and feel part of a real community.
Current developments include London City Island, Embassy Gardens, Wardian London, Dublin Landings, Goodluck Hope, Royal Wharf and Three Snowhill. For more information, please visit www.ballymoregroup.com.
