Overview
SNG (Sovereign Network Group) was formed in October 2023, after Sovereign and Network Homes merged. We provide over 85,000 homes across the South of England. We also create thousands of new affordable homes each year.
Our purpose is simple. We provide quality, affordable homes and places that people can love for generations. We are not here just for today. And we are not here to maximise profit. Instead, we reinvest what we earn back into homes, services, and local areas. As a result, customers can live in a safe, secure, and sustainable home, within a thriving community.
We work across a range of housing options and services. This includes homes for social rent, affordable rent, and shared ownership. We also deliver regeneration and redevelopment projects. In addition, we support private rent and private sale, where this helps fund our wider mission. Through community investment, we back local support and opportunities that help neighbourhoods grow stronger.
