- Track records: Use internal systems to monitor Compliance status.
- Upload documents: Make sure key documents are recorded and uploaded correctly.
- Check safety records: Help obtain gas safety certificates and water risk assessments.
- Track FRA actions: Follow up Fire Risk Assessment actions and timescales.

- Support teams: Provide day-to-day support to Property Managers and Housing Officers.
- Adapt to need: Adjust your work to meet changing service needs.
- Improve service: Support better records, safer homes and stronger customer trust.
Hybrid working applies. You will need to work at least three days per week in the office, depending on service needs.
About You
You do not need to be a senior technical specialist for this role. But you do need to be organised, accurate and confident following things up.

- Organisation: Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks.
- Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and careful record-keeping.
- Phone confidence: Comfort speaking with external partners about Compliance matters.
- Problem-solving: Ability to resolve issues and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Team support: Willingness to support Property Managers, Housing Officers and EMAs.
Desirable experience includes:
- Property management: Experience in property or housing management.
- Compliance knowledge: Understanding of property Compliance and safety.

Application Tips
Use clear examples of admin, housing, property or Compliance support work. Show how you track actions, keep records accurate, speak with external partners and manage competing tasks. Mention any experience with gas safety records, water risk assessments, FRA actions or site visits. Keep your examples short and direct, because this role is all about accuracy, not decorative waffle.
