Watmos Community Homes is a charitable housing association providing homes and housing services in Walsall and London. We support people in housing need and work with partners to build places where residents can feel safe, well supported, and proud to live.
We focus on more than bricks and mortar. We work with communities to improve neighbourhoods, strengthen local services, and help residents thrive.
What we do
- Homes: Provide safe, secure, well-managed social and affordable housing.
- Tenancy support: Help residents sustain tenancies and access the right support at the right time.
- Repairs and maintenance: Deliver responsive repairs and planned works to keep homes in good condition.
- Building safety and compliance: Manage statutory checks and safety duties so homes stay safe and compliant.
- Estates and neighbourhoods: Improve shared spaces, tackle estate issues, and support cleaner, safer areas.
- Community investment: Work with local partners to support wellbeing, opportunity, and stronger communities.
