  • Service quality: Help deliver high quality, safe and effective Building Control services.

About You

You should have:

  • Relevant qualification: A degree in Building Control, Building Surveying, Construction or Structural Engineering, or equivalent learning and experience.
  • Leadership skills: Experience supervising staff, developing teams and managing performance.
  • Technical knowledge: Expert knowledge of building regulations, related law and the Building Safety Act.
  • Decision making: The ability to make sound professional decisions without close supervision.
