- Improve services: Use initiative to develop ways of working in a new or growing service
- Balance priorities: Consider resident needs, safety, quality, and cost

How to Apply
Apply by submitting an anonymised CV and answering the application question. You will need to explain why you are suited to the role and how you would help provide safe, well-maintained homes.
The closing date is 12 May 2026. Peabody says it may shortlist and interview during the advertising period, so you could be contacted before the closing date.
In-person interviews are due to take place on 19 May at Peabody’s offices in Pitsea, Basildon.
You must be able to work two days a week in your local office and be visible in your local region.
The advert states that visa sponsorship is not available.
