This is a full-time role with flexible UK locations. Preferred locations include Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Epsom, Glasgow, London and Derby.
You will work as part of a national team of design professionals. The team delivers fire engineering design solutions for clients across several sectors. These include Cities and Development, Commercial, Energy, Residential and Transportation.

- Support fire safety standards: Help projects meet relevant fire safety standards and codes.

- Review installations: Comment on the quality of fire safety-related installations.
- Support bids: Prepare tenders for new work.
- Build client links: Develop client relationships and support future work.
- Write reports: Prepare clear reports and project documents.
- Attend meetings: Take part in design team meetings and client discussions.

- Fire strategy experience: A clear record of delivering fire strategies.
- Fire modelling: Fire modelling experience would be useful.
- Chartered progress: Working towards Chartered Fire Engineer status.
- Security clearance: Ability to obtain security clearance would be beneficial.
- Travel flexibility: Willingness to travel when needed.
- Commercial awareness: A good understanding of clients, budgets and project value.
