Sanctuary Group is looking for a National Performance Manager to join its Building Safety team in London. The team helps make sure the Group meets current and new rules for building and fire safety. This role will lead the way performance data is collected, reviewed and used across national Building and Fire Safety teams. You will help senior leaders make better decisions, improve service delivery, and support clear governance across a large and important safety function.
The role is based at Blackwall Reach, London, with a balance of home and office working.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance reporting: Lead the analysis, development and reporting of national Building and Fire Safety performance.
- Financial insight: Review and report on operational and financial performance data.
- Management information: Provide clear, timely and useful reports for senior managers and external departments.
- Governance support: Help develop performance metrics that support strong governance.
- Continuous improvement: Use data to improve service delivery, compliance and performance.
- Stakeholder engagement: Build strong links with internal stakeholders and support better quality assurance reporting.
- Performance monitoring: Identify areas that need closer review, reporting or improvement.
- KPI reporting: Share key themes and quality assurance feedback across the Group.
About You
You should have:
- Relevant qualification: A degree, management qualification, relevant professional qualification or NEBOSH.
- Sector experience: Proven experience in Building Safety, fire safety or compliance.
- Similar role experience: Recent experience in a similar performance, compliance or reporting role.
- Project delivery skills: Experience working with others to deliver projects, including indirect reports and third-party suppliers.
- Reporting skills: Strong experience producing progress reports and management information.
- Improvement focus: The ability to make clear recommendations to support delivery and performance.
- Stakeholder skills: Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and building strong relationships.
- Driving licence: A full valid UK driving licence, as the role involves driving on company business.
